Fox news is not a legitimate news sources especially if you are talking about Obamam. Also, 8 years ago what was the average price of a wedding? sweet sixteen? Bat mitvah? etc. Parties have grown in extravagance to a ridiculous degree. Don't blame Obama on that. Oh yeah, it costs so much more because they have to have so much more security and chairs for all his supporters.
they should charge admission to all those people, why should my tax dollars pay for their party. it should be $100 per person to pay for security, damage to the grounds, audiovisual -- so that would cover the cost.

yeah, i heard some woman on the news say she doesn't have to make car payments or cable payments anymore because Obama is president. i can't wait til she tries that on the bank when they repossess her vehicle.
